Springfield Labor Market: Springfield businesses are attracting new employees from the Boston and Hartford areas, according to Census Bureau data

While the state of Massachusetts has been ranked as one of the best states to work from home, it appears the state is also welcoming an influx of workers heading to Springfield.

Stacker compiled a list of metros and cities across the country where most people find new jobs in Springfield using job-to-job flow data from the US Census Bureau. They say people across the country are leaving their big cities and moving to smaller towns, like Springfield, for work. Others left their small towns to go to Springfield as well.
