(Nasdaq: NOVN) 30% LOWER; announced that it has filed a certificate of amendment to the company’s updated certificate of incorporation in order to implement a reverse split of one for ten of its issued and outstanding common shares (the reverse stock split). The reverse stock split will be effective at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on May 25, 2021, and the company’s common shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens. (Nasdaq: HYFM) 5% HIGHER; has entered into an agreement to acquire House & Garden, Inc., Humboldt Wholesale, Inc., Allied Imports & Logistics, Inc. and South Coast Horticultural Supply, Inc. (collectively House & Garden), a producer based in Humboldt County, in California of quality nutrients under the House & Garden and Mad Farmer brands. This announcement follows the recent acquisition of Hydrofarms from nutrient maker HEAVY 16 as the company accelerates its acquisition strategy.

Nordson Corp. (NASDAQ: NDSN) 4.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $ 2.12, $ 0.48 higher than analysts’ estimate of $ 1.64. Revenue for the quarter was $ 590 million against the consensus estimate of $ 547.98 million. Nordson Corp. sees FY2021 EPS of $ 7.20 to $ 7.50, versus consensus of $ 6.62.

Oak Street Health, Inc. (NYSE: OSH) 4% LOWER; announced the launch of a public offering subscribed for 10,000,000 shares of its ordinary shares by certain selling shareholders.

Thryv Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: THRY) 4% LOWER; announced that certain shareholders of the Company intend to offer for sale as part of a subscribed secondary offer 3,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

GrafTech International Ltd. (NYSE: EAF) 3.5% LOWER; announced that a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and Brookfield Business Partners LP, members of the Brookfield consortium which owns an existing stake in GrafTech, intends, subject to market conditions, to offer 20,000,000 common shares of GrafTech as part of a subscribed secondary offer.

United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL) 2.8% HIGHER; revealed that it experienced an acceleration in note yields for the second quarter, ahead of previous expectations.
