POSITION: SR. FINANCIAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job description:

• Supplier contact point for all their Finance questions.

• Resolve issues in cooperation with Amazon suppliers for entities in Spain to facilitate timely payments.

• Resolve queries in a timely manner with a focus on supplier satisfaction.

Job description:

POSITION: DIRECTOR I, FINANCE

Job description:

• Lead a team that will ensure financial operations are prepared for continued expansion and report to FinOps Manager – AP.

• Manage the team to work with business partners, finance and distribution center operations teams to ensure suppliers are served in a manner consistent with our “Customer Obsession” philosophy.

• Responsible for the smooth running of WW Vendor Payables operations at Amazon Philippines, which includes supplier queries related to payment, primary supplier setup for non-inventory activities and other proactive supplier supplier activities.

• Responsible for maintaining a process within Accounts Payable operations, including hiring, training and development of employees; manage the workload of the group and set priorities; ensure that existing policies and procedures are followed; manage annual performance targets; create and monitor appropriate performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Job description:

• Manage a portfolio of trade receivables and work to maximize Amazon cash flow by resolving customer payment issues.

Qualifications:
