Mary Bray Principal/Curriculum Director Administrative Assistant

The description:


  • High school diploma or equivalent training
  • Maintains confidentiality where necessary and appropriate
  • Ability to communicate effectively, personally and in writing, with all staff, students and other members of the school community.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrates independent judgment, tact, diplomacy and discretion.
  • General understanding of computers and office programs including Word, Excel, Google Suite Apps and Realtime
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills and appropriate decorum in all situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Desire and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Salary: $29,635.00, single family benefits (12 month position)

Position: Guardian:

The description:

Janitor to work in the Mary Bray and Raymond W Kershaw school buildings.


Awareness of:

  • Plant operation and maintenance
  • Proper handling of hazardous materials
  • Heating and ventilation
  • Cleaning methods and procedures
  • Black Seal certification or the desire to obtain Black Sea certification requires
  • Completion of the full criminal history and fingerprinting process at their own expense.


  • Building security
  • Opens/closes the school building daily
  • Building maintenance
  • Keeps building and premises including sidewalks, driveways and play areas neat and clean
  • Operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to provide seasonally appropriate temperatures and ensure economical use of fuel, water and electricity
  • Cleans and dusts the spaces of school buildings; Cleans and disinfects toilets and floors
  • Move furniture or equipment as needed
  • Directs an ongoing program of general maintenance, service and repair, performing minor repairs and reporting the need for major repairs
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Keeps grounds clean and tidy
  • Shovels, plows, salts and/or sweeps sidewalks, steps, driveways and parking areas as needed.
  • Performs grounds maintenance duties including mowing grass, trimming trees, raking leaves, and removing litter
