The Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the regional structure with a direct reporting line to the Enterprise Team Leader.
The primary objective of this role is to identify business opportunities with current prospects/customers and potential key customers and to sell Infobip’s CpaaS and SaaS product/service offering to its High-touch customers in the area. designated.

Sells a subset of products or services directly or through partners to potential and existing customers, within a designated geographic territory.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Participate in the development, presentation and sale of a value proposition.
Negotiate prices and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Clean for new and existing customer relationships end-to-end.
Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers and act as a trusted partner to help your customers maintain their account health.
Coordinate with service delivery teams for the deployment and continued delivery of our leading product suite.
As a primary contributor, individually and as part of a team, providing direction and mentorship to others.
The work is non-routine and highly complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
5+ years of applicable experience including 3+ years of solution sales, SaaS sales experience.
Successful sales history.
Ability to penetrate accounts, meet stakeholders within accounts.
Interaction with level C players.
Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
Excellent communication/negotiation/closing skills with prospects/customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
