Six months away from the midterm elections, House and Senate Democrats are taking Joe Biden’s 2020 basement campaign to a new level and banning their constituents from meeting in person at their district offices. Many of these officers have been closed for over two years now, despite even Anthony Fauci to announce that the COVID-19 pandemic is over. These Democrats are unwilling or unable to run to do the job their constituents elected them to do – and we all suffer the consequences.
Look at all the failures of the Biden administration and it’s no wonder the Democrats would rather continue to live in permanent pandemic mode and hide from their constituents, than tackle any of the problems their platform has. caused to our fellow Americans: rising inflation, rising crime, soaring energy prices, failing education systems, the surrender of Afghanistan, the opening of our borders and the emboldening of our adversaries in Russia, China, Iran and more. The regular list of failures is endless and continuous because Democrats treat our problems as obstacles on their way to MSNBC hits or the White House Correspondents’ Dinner – where COVID magically ceases to exist.
As America reopens, Democrats have abandoned their CD and constituent offices, preferring instead to zoom in from their basements or the nearest Starbucks. My the report revealed that Democrats in the House and Senate have mountains of constituent mail — mail from our fellow Americans, mail from the elderly, mail from small business owners, mail from veterans — that has piled up, unopened, unread and certainly not treated.
The party of big government is in fact the party of farm government – and the Democrats’ inability to provide basic services to voters shows that they would rather show off than govern.
While Democratic politicians certainly benefit from our open businesses, our first responders, our delivery people, our healthcare heroes, and our teachers, those same so-called representatives don’t want to show up for work to represent voters. What are the real ramifications of Congressional Democrats abdicating responsibility?
Consider Afghanistan: a disastrous, predictable and preventable disaster. The Democrats haven’t done the job we pay them to do; the result is that half a million refugees fled Afghanistan after Biden’s surrender to Islamist Taliban leaders. In addition to the human suffering of the Afghan people – and downright to prohibit there on women’s education – Biden’s surrender resulted in the loss of American life: 13 US Marines were killed when the Kabul airport compound was bombed by terrorists. Biden has vowed revenge, but to date there has been none. The massacre of 13 Marines went unanswered by the perpetrators.
But again, the Democrats aren’t actually working, so how could there be a retaliatory plan? We are still waiting for someone to take responsibility for this outrage.
There are many other critical leadership areas where Democrats are either sleeping on the switch or lacking in action. Take into account 40 years tall the inflation we’ve had since the start of the Biden administration. Bidenflation impacts every aspect of our lives, from groceries and gas to interest rate hikes, travel and beyond. But there’s no end in sight, given the Democrats’ plans for trillions of dollars more in wasteful government spending. It’s easy for Democrats to spend billions of dollars if they never hear a word from their constituents, who are overwhelmingly against the Biden administration. unnecessary expenses on misplaced priorities like an “equitable national park system”. Instead, they keep their offices closed and their constituents’ voices muted.
Young people who were saving to buy their first home are now locked out of mortgages due to historic increases in interest rates. People who actually work in person face exorbitant charges at the gas pump. Grocery store visits revealed the double whammy of dramatically higher prices and dramatically reduced products available on shelves due to stock-outs, supply chain delays and government handouts that have prevented people from go back to work.
In poll after poll, and election after election, American voters are telling the Democrats that their platform is hopeless. Unfortunately, these Democrats are too busy not working to hear our concerns. We have serious problems, but the democrats exclude us from the government which is supposed to be of the people, by and for the people. This fall’s impending “red wave” can’t come soon enough.
