We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant/Bathroom Designer for our bathroom showroom in Elgin, Morayshire.
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a busy showroom and have the experience and skills to sell a wide range of bathroom products. Proficiency in the use of Virtual Worlds drawing package or similar would be an advantage, but full training would be given to the appropriate candidate.
The candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills, provide excellent customer service and product knowledge and be a good team player.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. DESIGN KNOWLEDGE/COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITY TO LEARN NEW SKILLS – WORKING WITH VIRTUAL SOFTWARE AN ADVANTAGE
2. PREVIOUS RETAIL EXPERIENCE OR CUSTOMER FACING CONTEXT
3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
4. MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM WITH EVERY 2ND SATURDAY FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM
5. ABILITY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND ALSO CUSTOMER PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
6. BUILD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND MAINTAIN IT WITH ALL BUSINESSES AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE REPEAT BUSINESS
7. ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND WITHIN DEADLINES
8. CUSTOMER HOME VISITS – TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE SO IDEALLY A FULL LICENSE CLEAN
